Dr. Stephen Phelan With his Beautifull Wife Dr. Stephen Phelan graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 1992 and has been in private practice in Oakville since August of that year. The main focus of Dr. Phelan's practice has been aesthetic, restorative and implant dentistry and he is very pleased to be welcoming and treating children in the office as well.

Dr. Phelan is one of only 300 dentists worldwide to have received Accredited Member status in the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is one of a very small percentage of dentists to have passed this process on the first attempt.

Dr. Phelan has spent hundreds of hours traveling across the continent to train with some of the best dentists in the world including Drs. John Kois, Frank Spear, Peter Dawson, Jimmy Eubank, Jeff Morley, Bill Strupp, Buddy Mopper and Newton Fahl.

Dr. Stephen Phelan is also a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the Ontario Dental Association and the Toronto Crown and Bridge Study Club.

Dr Stephen Phelan is the author of numerous articles on techniques in esthetic dentistry that have been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals such as the Canadian Dental Association Journal and The Journal of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
